The last blog for the year

Hello, dear readers,

It is the end of another year and the last posting for 2024.

What a year it has been. We have been lucky enough to travel and also fortunate enough to have stayed home. It has been a year of creativity, a new studio space, singing in waiata groups and with choirs, painting and drawing, work with young people, and older, sharing in some trials and tribulations, become part of a community, lost and gained friends and family, and, in general, life. Thank you for sharing it all via the blog.

For the festive season we are going a road trip. Down the Coast Road and across Haast Pass/ Tioripatea to end up for Christmas in The Caitlins. We will head back to Ōtautahi Christchurch and back to Māwhera Greymouth for New Year. It promises to be a fabulous trip.

So, until the New Year, I hope you have a good restful and peaceful Christmas, and may 2025 be a healthy and wonderful year for all.

The Left Bank Gallery Choir and Waiata Koha joined together for a short performance in the Gallery on Saturday 14th December.
