The last blog for a few weeks

This week’s entries are the last before the blog goes on a holiday.

For a few weeks we will be away, visiting friends and family in South Africa and Zimbabwe. It is an exciting prospect because I have not seen them since 2017 and we are looking forward to returning to Africa.

We are also looking forward to returning to Aotearoa New Zealand, filled with things to tell and photographs to show. We get back to Māwhera Greymouth on the 6th October, just in time to see the start of the summer season.
