The Textile Trust, Aotearoa is the organisation that has been created to run education and training events on the West Coast.
The Trust has just been granted its charitable status, backdated to July 2025, and will begin work shortly on a workshop. More about that later as things progress. For the moment the Trust will be taking over some of the work that GlobalYell currently does and starting to explore some new ideas.
It is very exciting to be able to announce that the Trust is now operating and we are looking forward to letting you know more as things progress.

I am interested in a weaving workshop.
Hello Barbara. Thank you for your interest. Are you wanting to try weaving for the first time or are you already a weaver and wanting to do the Twill workshop?
