As regular readers of the blog will know, there is to be a new website for The Textile Trust, Aotearoa.
The Textile Trust has been established to promote, further and advance textiles knowledge and appreciation, and it operates from the textile studio in Greymouth. As part of that work the weekly blog will continue but it will no longer come from GlobalYell, the charity that operated from Shetland, but from the Trust.
The new website is being created at the moment. It will have the textile collection and library catalogues, as well as the blog entries. If you would like to see the work in progress you can use this link.
Blog subscribers will not need to do anything. Your details will be migrated across to the new website and you should start receiving the weekly newsletter from the Trust in the next few weeks.
