The Textile Trust, Aotearoa will soon have its new website.
The website is growing with pages about the library and textile collection, the blog and a section for classes and workshops.
There is also a new idea. Every week someone sends something in for the blog and it is hard to keep track of all the submissions because they come in by email, Facebook, Instagram, message, WhatApp or SMS. This website will have a simple form that can be used to submit articles or ideas. After editing they will go onto the blog. Not only does it mean that things will not be lost but it also means that the blog will become more of a community resource. That can only be A Good Thing.
Thank you to everyone who has sent ideas and suggestions for the new site. It will be a few weeks yet until it is up and running but things are progressing.
