Her company is deeply committed to strong ethical standards which are spelled out in her policies on social responsibility, sustainability, code of conduct, environment and community. All of her suppliers and manufacturers must work within these standards.

One of her many projects is to upcycle offcuts to schools, hospices and other charities that are used to create clothing and other craft projects.

Giving back to her community is important to Trelise and in 2014 she was knighted as a Dame Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for her services to fashion and the community.

Trelise Cooper knows better than anyone that anything can happen if you’re dressed to take on the world, and wants all women to have the confidence to live their dreams too.
